Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Safety
The participant/customer takes part in the listed Virtual Run , Virtual Race, Challenges or any listed event on www.mycomeonrun.com or My Come on Run Facebook or My Come On Run Tweeter or My Come On Run Instagram or any My Come On Run Social Media is at his or her own risk. The Organiser or the Event Sponsors will not responsible or held liable for any medical cost, injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in all the Virtual Run events. The participant/customer is strongly encouraged to consult his or her medical practitioner prior to the registration pr booking or purchase for the event. The participant/customer agrees to assume all risks incidental to such participation which risk may include, among other thing, muscle injuries, heat and stress related issues and broken bones .

As a Participant/customer , I declare that I am physically fit and or otherwise whether suffered by me before during the Virtual Run event, I further agreed all medical treatment will be my own cost, if the need arises. For the purposes hereof , the 'Release Party' are the www.mycomeonrun.com, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated or related companies and social media platform.

I further grant the release party the right to photograph and/ or videotape me and further display use and/ or otherwise exploit my name, face, likeness, voice and appearance forever and throughout the world.

The waiver and release form shall be covered by the law of Malaysia, I certify I am 18 year or older and the information set forth is true and complete.

In consideration of ward being permitted to participate in all The Virtual Run Event listed on www.mycomeonrun.com, I hereby attest that after reading this Waiver and Release Form completely and carefully, I acknowledge that participation in the Virtual Run Event by myself is entirely voluntary, and that I understand and agree as per the above.

Cancellation
After registration or booking or purchase, there will be no fee refund for a Participant or customer who does not eventually take part in or complete the Virtual Run Event , for any reason.

Dispute
All shipments for event t-shit & medal will be shipped via authorised shipper , a tracking number will be recorded or retained as the Prove of Delivery (POD). Please check with your local post office for collection in case you were not available on the delivery date & time. In case, the parcel is lost during transit & we would file a claim with shipper. Replacement would be resent upon shipper confirmed the lost of parcel after investigation.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
