Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within the month after the run event period ended. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout & forwarder would be your choice.
• Orders are ready to ship only on business day i.e. Monday to Friday.
• Transit time would takes 2-3 days West Malaysia & please add another 2~3 days for East Malaysia.
• All expedited orders are required valid street address.
• Orders cannot be ship to PO Boxes.
• Free Shipping may applies depends on the event promotion.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.mycomeonrun.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.mycomeonrun.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You may check with us for International Shipping Rate as we can book EMS for international shipping - 

What’s the rate? As there will be price fluctuation from time to time depending on the courier service provider due to fuel & handling surcharges, our best suggestion for you to get an accurate pricing for your delivery order is to obtain check with us before you make any purchase.
